Donna Tonking

I appreciate the opportunity to share more about who I am and how I work with each of my clients.

I’m an outgoing person who values a sense of humor, clear communication, and genuine connection. I pride myself on being attentive—to people, to details, and to the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. As a real estate professional, I am confident in the quality of my work, and I strive to make every client’s experience structured, competent, and as stress‑free as possible.

My first visit to Lake Tahoe was more than 30 years ago. I was immediately captivated by its beauty and endless recreational possibilities—and, to my surprise, I never made that return flight home. Today, I’ve been a Nevada Realtor specializing in Lake Tahoe real estate for over 25 years. I credit my long‑term success to my inner drive and commitment to meeting my clients’ needs, regardless of market conditions.

I believe strong business relationships are built on listening closely, understanding what truly matters to the client, communicating with purpose, and working strategically and diligently toward their goals. I also ensure my clients have access to the resources and guidance necessary to achieve the best possible outcome. These fundamentals shape every relationship I build.

Ultimately, we share the same goals: a successful real estate transaction and a trusted, long‑standing partnership.

I welcome you to contact me at the Incline Village office. I would love the opportunity to work with you.
